Parafialna rada duszpasterska jako zespół kierowany

Abstract

W artykule został podjęty problem parafialnej rady duszpasterskiej w świetle nauk o zarządzaniu. Działalność parafialnej rady duszpasterskiej została ujęta w kategoriach zespołu kierowanego. Opisany został rozwój rady parafialnej w świetle nauk ekonomicznych, zagadnienie jej zwartości, kształtowania się w niej norm grupowych oraz zarządzania konfliktami. W artykule wykazano, że chociaż parafialna rada duszpasterska funkcjonuje w Kościele kierującym się przede wszystkim zasadami wypływającymi z Objawienia Bożego, zasady i metody pracy właściwe dla zespołów kierowanych mogą się okazać pomocne w kierowaniu radami duszpasterskimi i pooprawiać skuteczność ich działalności.The article concerns the issue of the parish pastoral council in the light of the teaching about management. The activity of the parish pastoral council is compared to the one of a directed team. The article elaborates on the development of the parish pastoral council as well as on its constitution, on shaping the social norms and managing the conflicts within the group, in the light of economics. The article indicates that, although the parish pastoral council works in the Church, Who is guided by the principles which come from God's Revelation, the principles and methods of work of the pastoral council, which are similar to the ones in secular directed teams, proved to be helpful in directing parish pastoral councils and helped to increase the effectiveness of their activity.
