dc.description.abstractPrezentowana dysertacja przedstawia koncepcję i realizację duszpasterstwa trzeźwości w Polsce w świetle dokumentów Kościoła w Polsce z lat 1965-2015. Koncep­cja duszpasterstwa trzeźwości została zarysowana w roz­dziale drugim przedstawiającym wszystkie elementy tej koncepcji, czyli przedmiot, podmiot, cel i środki. O realizacji zaś duszpasterstwa trzeźwości dowiadujemy się w rozdziale trzecim i czwartym. Jest w nich mowa o organizacji i formach duszpasterstwa trzeźwości. W rozdziale ostatnim dokonano oceny tak elementów koncepcji duszpasterstwa trzeźwości, jak i jej realizacji. Sporo miejsca w pracy zajęło przedstawienie uwarunkowań społeczno-politycznych, prawnych i duszpasterskich w rozdziale pierwszym. Było jednak to potrzebne dla pogłębionego i lepszego zrozumie­nia zarówno koncepcji jak i realizacji duszpasterstwa trzeźwości w Polsce. Przeprowadzona refleksja naukowa upoważnia do sformułowania kilku wniosków. Należy do nich między in­nymi to, że istnieje potrzeba poszerzenia podmiotu oddzia­ływania trzeźwościowego i wykorzystania w większym zakresie potencjału religijnego i pastoralnego ruchów, stowarzyszeń i małych grup religijnych. Trzeba też w duszpaster­stwie trzeźwościowym bardziej dowartościować i zaktywizować dekanaty i parafie, oraz zadbać o większą integrację duszpasterstwa trzeźwości z duszpasterstwem ogólnym, zwłaszcza w zakresie wychowania do abstynencji dzieci i młodzieży oraz świadczenia pomocy rodzinom z problemem alkoholizmu. Realizacja duszpasterstwa w okresie PRL ukazała, że bez współdziałania Kościoła i państwa nie ma skutecznej walki z alkoholizmem. Ponieważ nowe czasy generują nowe wyzwania i problemy, dlatego rozpoznanie ich uwarunkowań, a następnie przeciwdziałanie negatywnym ich skutkom jest zawsze aktualne. Dotyczy to także duszpasterstwa trzeźwości. Refleksja nad duszpasterstwem trzeźwości minionego okresu będzie dobrym oparciem dla realizacji tegoż duszpasterstwa w przyszłości.pl
dc.description.abstractThe following dissertation presents the conception and implementation of the sobriety ministry in Poland according to documents of the Church from the years 1965-2015. The idea of a sobriety ministry has been presented in the second chapter, in which all elements of this idea have been explained, i.e. its subject, entity, purpose and means. The implementation of this sobriety ministry, has been de­scribed in chapters three and four. They describe the organisation and forms of the sobriety ministry. The final chapter evaluates the theoretical elements of the sobriety ministry, as well as its implementation. The first chapter is domi­nated by the presentation of social-political, legal and pastoral conditions, however this was necessary in order to achieve a greater understanding of the sobriety ministry’s conception and realisation in Poland. Academic reflection carried out in this disserta­tion allows for a few conclusions to be made. Among them is the need to reach out to more people and make a greater impact by working with the religious and pastoral movements, associations and small religious groups to a greater extent. There is also a need to encourage and stimulate the deaneries and parishes to deliver a greater level of integra­tion between the sobriety ministry and general pastoral care, especially in the context of raising children and youth and providing assistance to families affected by alcohol­ ism. The implementation of pastoral care during the Polish People's Republic period proved that without cooperation between Church and state, there is no efficient way to fight with alcoholism. Because new times bring new challenges, the recognition of new problems and the situations which cause them always remains vital, as well as, finding new ways to counteract negative effects. This is also true for the sobriety ministry. Reflection upon the sobriety ministry in the past would make for a good foundation for implementing this ministry in the future.pl
