Abstract
Artykuł podkreśla, że wychowanie w młodszym wieku szkolnym to ogromne wyzwanie. Często jest trudno łagodnie przejść od wychowania przedszkolnego do edukacji prowadzonej w systemie szkolnym. Zajęcia edukacyjne prowadzi nauczyciel według ustalonego przez siebie planu, dostosowując czas zajęć i przerw do aktywności uczniów. Nauczyciel układa zajęcia w taki sposób, aby zachować ciągłość nauczania i doskonalenia podstawowych umiejętności. On jeden może w sposób mistrzowski wydobyć co najpiękniejsze w uczniu, lecz też sam jeden może wyhamować rozwój małego człowieka. Już od młodszego wieku szkolnego należy pamiętać, że dziecko posiada różne sfery rozwojowe. Pominięcie jednej z nich powoduje karykaturę wychowania zintegrowanego. Wychowywać dziecko to nie znaczy tylko nauczyć go czytać i pisać, ale towarzyszyć mu w rozwoju osobowości. Do tego konieczne jest poznanie dziecka w domu rodzinnym, w Kościele i w czasie wolnym.
The article emphasises that parenting at a younger school age is a huge challenge. It is often difficult to make a smooth transition from pre-school education to education provided in the school system. Educational activities are carried out by the teacher according to a plan that he or she has established, adapting class time and breaks to the activities of the pupils. The teacher arranges the classes in such a way as to maintain continuity in teaching and improvement of basic skills. He alone can masterfully bring out the most beautiful in a pupil, but he alone can also stunt the development of a young person. From an early school age, it is important to remember that the child has different developmental spheres. Overlooking one of them results in a caricature of integrated education. To educate a child is not just to teach him to read and write, but to accompany him in the development of his personality. For this, it is necessary to get to know the child in the family home, the Church and leisure time.
