dc.description.abstract	Style podejmowania decyzji wpisują się w nurt różnic indywidualnych i pozwalają wyjaśniać, dlaczego różni decydenci stający przed pozornie identycznymi zadaniami decyzyjnym, dokonują różnych wyborów. Cecha ta rozumiana jest jako skłonność do reagowania w typowy sposób w określonym kontekście decyzyjnym. Głównym celem niniejszych badań było zweryfikowanie charakteru zależności pomiędzy stylami podejmowania decyzji a zmiennymi wyjaśniającymi: temperamentem, emocjami rozumianymi jako cechy, stylami myślenia i strategiami radzenia sobie ze stresem u osób we wczesnej dorosłości. Badaniem objęto 280 osób w wieku 20-40 lat (N=280). W badaniu zastosowano pięć metod psychologicznych: KSPD Kwestionariusz Stylów Podejmowania Decyzji, ImpsS-8 Skala poszukiwania doznań, SUPIN Skala Uczuć Pozytywnych i Negatywnych, KSM Kwestionariusz Stylów Myślenia, Mini-COPE Inwentarz do Pomiaru Radzenia Sobie ze Stresem oraz Metryczkę. Analizy wyników badań ujawniły wiele istotnych korelacji pomiędzy poszczególnymi cechami temperamentu oraz stylami podejmowania decyzji. Emocje rozumiane jako cechy ujawniły istotne powiązana z dokonywaniem wyboru. Zaobserwowano także wiele ciekawych, istotnych korelacji pomiędzy trzynastoma stylami myślenia oraz wszystkimi strategiami radzenia sobie ze stresem a wymiarami stylów podejmowania decyzji. Potwierdzono także, że istnieją ścieżki mediacji, w których każda ze zmiennych zależnych (emocje rozumiane jako cechy, style myślenia i strategie radzenia sobie ze stresem) pełni rolę mediatora w relacji temperamentu i stylów podejmowania decyzji. The decision-making styles depend on the individual differences hence the explanation why various decision-makers make different choices when facing identical decisive tasks. The discussed feature is described as a tendency to react in a typical way in a specific decisive context. The main goal of this experiment was to verify the character of the correlation between the styles of decision making and such variables as a temperament emotions interpreted as traits, thinking styles and coping strategies for stress that are present in individuals in early adulthood. The experiment was conducted on the group of 280 people between the age of 20 and 40 (N=280). In the course of the experiment, the following psychological methods were used: GDSM General Decision Making Style, ImpSS-8 Impulsive Sensation Seeking, PANAS Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, TSI Thinking Styles Inventory, Mini-COPE Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced and Demographic Information Survey. The analysis of the experiment results reveal many vital correlations between the distinctive traits of temperament, essentially impulsivity and sensation seeking, and the decision-making styles. It was shown that emotions interpreted as traits manifest important links to decision-making process. Numerous interesting correlations were observed between the thirteen thinking styles and the aspects of the decision-making styles. Moreover, the presence of a path of mediation was observed in which every dependent variable shows a tendency to act as a mediator in the relation between the temperament and the decision-making styles.
