Abstract
Przedszkola katolickie pełnią ważne funkcje w systemie edukacji przedszkolnej realizowane według wymagań wskazanych w ustawie o systemie oświaty oraz w przepisach wydanych na jej podstawie. Jako placówki katolickie, przyjmują za podstawę działania chrześcijański system wartości, a opierając się na biblijnej koncepcji człowieka jako osoby, podejmują cele i zadania określone w duchu zasad pedagogiki katolickiej. Realizują je na podstawie programów wychowania przedszkolnego, których celem jest integralny rozwój i wychowanie każdego dziecka w ścisłej współpracy z rodzicami. Ich istotą jest wychowanie całościowe i spójne, nauka życia opartego na fundamencie wiary, wprowadzanie w świat kultury i wartości chrześcijańskich, nauka miłości Ojczyzny oraz przygotowanie dziecka do podjęcia nauki w szkole. U podstaw programów wychowania przedszkolnego realizowanych przez zgromadzenia zakonne leży najczęściej koncepcja pedagogiczna opracowana przez ich założycieli. Inne wybierają program spośród dostępnych, a na podstawie zapisów w statucie i zgodnie z nimi realizują założenia programowe dla zapewnienia wychowania integralnego.
Catholic kindergartens serve important functions in the system of preschool education implemented according to the requirements specified in the Act on the Education System and the regulations issued on the base of it. As Catholic institutions, they take as a basis for action Christian system of values based on the biblical concept of man as a person, take the goals and tasks set out in the spirit of Catholic education. They carry them on the basis of pre-school education programs aimed at the integral development and upbringing of each child in close cooperation with parents. Their essence is a comprehensive and coherent education, learning the life based on a foundation of faith, entering the world of culture and Christian values, learning how to love your homeland and to prepare the child to study in school. Underlying preschool upbringing programs conducted by religious congregations is often the pedagogical concept developed by the founders. Others choose the program among the available programs, and based on the provisions in the statute and in accordance with them, perform programmatic assumptions to provide an integral upbringing.
