Abstract
Prezentacja dziedzictwa myśli pedagogicznej Edmunda Bojanowskiego we współczesnej edukacji w Polsce i na świecie dotyczy istoty procesu rozwoju i edukacji osoby od najwcześniejszych chwil życia aż po jego spełnienie oraz jego realizacji w zmieniających się warunkach społeczno-kulturowych. W tym celu przedstawiono podstawowe założenia wczesnego wychowania w koncepcji E. Bojanowskiego ujęte w wymiarze podmiotowym i filozoficzno-religijnym oraz związaną z nimi koncepcję wychowania integralnego realizowanego w pedagogii katolickiej. Troska o wierność tym podstawom dla zachowania jej tożsamości w działalności pedagogicznej prowadzonej przez Siostry Służebniczki NMP, czy osoby i wspólnoty, które ją podejmują ma ważne znaczenie dla podmiotowego wymiaru pedagogiki przedszkolnej. Egzemplifikacje działań edukacyjnych inspirowane przez Bojanowskiego w różnych środowiskach potwierdzają, iż dziedzictwo jego myśli pedagogicznej wciąż się pomnaża w dziedzinie oświaty, kultury, działalności społecznej, naukowej w Polsce i świecie, zarówno w Europie, Ameryce jak i w krajach misyjnych. Różnice kulturowe i społeczne przyjęte z szacunkiem nie stanowią przeszkody w realizacji wskazań Bojanowskiego ukierunkowanych na służbę wychowaniu osoby na każdym etapie jej życia i rozwoju, gdyż natura człowieka i cel wychowania są wspólne wszystkim.
The presentation of Edmund Bojanowski's legacy of pedagogical thought in contemporary education in Poland and worldwide touches upon the essence of the process of development and education of a person from the earliest moments of life until his or her self-realization in the changing socio-cultural environment. To this end, the basic assumptions of E. Bojanowski's conception of early education are presented in its person-oriented and philosophico-religious dimensions, along with the related concept of integral education, pursued by Catholic pedagogy. Concern for the loyalty to these foundations in order to preserve the identity of Bojanowski's conception in pedagogical practice carried out by the Sisters Servants of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as by other persons and communities that undertake these efforts, is crucial for the realization of the person-oriented dimension of preschool pedagogy. The examples of educational activities inspired by Bojanowski in various pedagogical contexts confirm that the heritage of his pedagogical thought still flourishes in education, culture, social and scientific activity in Poland and the world, both in Europe and America, and in missionary countries. Cultural and social diversity accepted with respect is not an obstacle to the implementation of Bojanowski's guidelines, aimed at supporting the upbringing, education and development of the human person at every stage of his or her life, since the nature of the human being and the purpose of upbringing are common to all.
