    Praca ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny. Rozdział I przedstawia funkcjonowanie placówek przedszkolnych w polskim systemie edukacji, ich historyczny rozwój i współczesną działalność (cele, zadania, funkcje), organizację różnorodnych formy wychowania przedszkolnego i rolę nauczyciela. Rozdział II zawiera definicje oraz kategorie innowacji i eksperymentów pedagogicznych, ich genezę, analizę innowacji jako twórczej działalności edukacyjnej, podstawy prawne regulujące działania innowacyjne i eksperymentalne, kategorie innowacji i eksperymentów, etapy ich implementacji. Rozdział III to metodologia własnych badań empirycznych w zakresie przedmiotu, celu i problematyki badań, zmiennych i wskaźników, metod, technik i narzędzi badawczych, terenu badań, badanej grupy oraz opisu organizacji i przebiegu procesu badawczego w placówkach wychowania przedszkolnego na Zamojszczyźnie. Rozdział IV prezentuje analizę wyników własnych badań w ujęciu ilościowym, ich efektywność oraz związki i zależności statystyczne między zmiennymi niezależnymi a kategoriami innowacji i eksperymentów pedagogicznych. Rozdział V koncentruje się na badaniach jakościowych. W podsumowaniu dokonano weryfikacji przyjętych hipotez badań ilościowych oraz syntetycznej analizy badań jakościowych. Praca zawiera zakończenie z wnioskami wynikającymi z badań teoretycznych i empirycznych. Bibliografia stanowi zestaw aktów prawnych, literatury wraz z netografią. Całość pracy uzupełniają spisy treści, tabel i wykresów oraz aneks z narzędziem badawczym. The disseration has a theoretical-empirical character. Chapter I presents the functioning of preschool institutions in the Polish education system, their historical development, and current activities (goals, tasks, functions), the organization of various forms of preschool education, and the role of the teacher. Chapter II contains definitions and categories of pedagogical innovations and experiments, their origins, an analysis of innovation as a creative educational activity, the legal foundations regulating innovative and experimental actions, categories of innovations and experiments, and the stages of their implementation. Chapter III outlines the methodology of empirical research, including the subject, purpose, and issues of the research, variables and indicators, research methods, techniques, and tools, the research area, the study group, as well as a description of the organization and course of the research process in preschool institutions in the Zamość region. Chapter IV presents a quantitative analysis of the research results, their effectiveness, and the statistical relationships between independent variables and categories of pedagogical innovations and experiments. Chapter V focuses on qualitative research. In the summary, the quantitative research hypotheses are verified, and a synthetic analysis of the qualitative research is provided. The dissertation concludes with findings drawn from both theoretical and empirical research. The bibliography includes legal acts, literature, and online resources. The disseration is supplemented by tables of contents, tables and charts, as well as an appendix with the research tool.
