dc.description.abstractUmieszczenie kompetencji personalnych i społecznych w ramach efektów kształcenia jest ważnym elementem poszerzenia kształcenia o formację osobową do pełnienia ról społecznych. Istotne jest jednak właściwe określenie zakresu i fundamentu kompetencji personalnych rozumianych jako postawy zajmowane przez osobę. Kształtowanie postaw związane jest z budzeniem odpowiedzialności za podejmowane samodzielnie decyzje. Człowiek przez swoje umiejętności kognitywne i wolitywne winien być zdolny do rozwiązywania problemów napotykanych w życiu zawodowym i społecznym. Odniesienie kompetencji do sprawności moralnych pozwala zyskać fundament dla przekazywanych wartości i odwołuje się do wielowiekowego doświadczenia ludzkości w nabywaniu i krzewieniu cnót. Placing personal and social competencies in the framework of teaching outcomes is an important element in adding personal formation to the teaching process for fulfill social functions. It is important, however, to defi ne properly the range and the foundation of personal competencies, that are thought as the attitudes, represented by a person. Shaping of the attitudes is connected with awakening the responsibility for the individually taken decisions. A human ought to be able, through his cognitive and volitional abilities, to resolve the issues, that are meeting in professional and social life. Reference competencies to moral abilities allows us to approach the foundation for spreading values and recall past ages experience of the humanity in reaching and cultivating virtues.
