dc.description.abstract	Young people change their value systems throughout their lives as a consequence of their experiences, seeing themselves and the world. Changing the preference for values leads to a change in attitudes, and hence the behaviors associated with these attitudes. When determining the prestige of individual professions, the surveyed high school students from the Radom region and the Île-de-France region indicated different professions in a hierarchical order. Getting to know the educational and professional aspirations and the prestige of the profession of contemporary youth has multiple meanings. Above all, it enables better awareness of the state of consciousness of young people. It allows you to better understand the goals and aspirations of girls and boys. It facilitates learning about the life needs of adolescents, as well as the analysis of youth attitudes. This knowledge can be used to predict further aspirations and behaviors of the young generation, which is of great importance for forecasting social development.	pl
dc.description.abstract	Młodzież zmienia swoje systemy wartości w ciągu całego życia, jako konsekwencję ich doświadczeń, widzenia siebie i świata. Zmiana preferencji wartości prowadzi do zmiany postaw, a co za tym idzie zachowań związanych z tymi postawami. Określając prestiż poszczególnych zawodów, badani licealiści z regionu radomskiego i z regionu Île-de-France wskazywali różne zawody w układzie hierarchicznym. Poznanie aspiracji edukacyjno-zawodowych i prestiżu profesji współczesnej młodzieży ma wielorakie znaczenie. Umożliwia przede wszystkim lepszą orientację o stanie świadomości młodzieży. Pozwala lepiej zrozumieć cele i dążenia dziewcząt i chłopców. Ułatwia poznanie potrzeb życiowych nastolatków, a także analizę postaw młodzieży. Wiedza ta może służyć w przewidywaniu dalszych dążeń i zachowań młodego pokolenia, co ma niebagatelne znaczenie dla prognozowania rozwoju społecznego.	pl
