dc.description.abstractCel pracy polega na zbadaniu rozumienia istoty filozofii i przedmiotu poznania filozoficznego według Josefa Piepera. Pierwszy rozdział pokazuje osobę Josefa Piepera w kontekście niemieckiej filozofii oraz związki Piepera z filozofią klasyczną i filozofią św. Tomasz z Akwinu. W drugim rozdziale analizie poddane zostały aspekty formalne: metoda filozofowania Piepera, punkt wyjścia, zagadnienie poznania, odniesienie filozofii do tajemnicy jako specyficznego rozumienia filozofii w ujęciu Piepera oraz analiza zagadnienia filozofii platońskiej w ujęciu Piepera, aby wskazać na mądrość jako element determinujący istotę filozofii. W trzecim rozdziale analizie poddane zostaje zagadnienie rzeczywistości jako przedmiotu poznania filozoficznego. W badaniach Piepera pojawia się zagadnienie "prawdy rzeczy" (Warheit der Dinge). W rozdziale czwartym pojawia się pytanie o istotę filozofii chrześcijańskiej, która postuluje związek z poznaniem teologicznym. Stanowi to gwarancję całościowego rozumienia rzeczywistości. Według Piepera istota filozofii polega na poszukiwaniu i odkrywaniu prawdy o rzeczywistości w jej całościowym wymiarze.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the work is to examine the understanding of the essence of philosophy and the subject of philosophical cognition according to Josef Pieper. The first chapter shows the person of Josef Pieper in the context of German philosophy, and Pieper's relationship with classical philosophy and the philosophy of St. Thomas Aquinas. In the second chapter, formal aspects were analyzed: Pieper's philosophizing method, starting point, cognition, philosophy's reference to mystery as a specific understanding of philosophy in Pieper's approach, and analysis of the problem of Platonic philosophy in Pieper's view, to indicate wisdom as the element determining the essence of philosophy. The third chapter examines the issue of reality as an object of philosophical cognition. The question of "truth of the things" (Wahrheit der Dinge) appears in Pieper's research. In the fourth chapter the question arises about the essence of Christian philosophy, which postulates a connection with theological knowledge. This guarantees a comprehensive understanding of reality. According to Pieper, the essence of philosophy is to seek and discover the truth about reality in its overall dimension.pl
