Abstract
Artykuł analizuje rozwój współczesnej myśli katechetycznej w oparciu o następujące dokumenty: Directorium catechetisticum generale z 1971 r.; Catechesi tradendae - Adhortację apostolską Jana Pawła II z 1979 r.; Katechizm Kościoła Katolickiego z 1992 r. (z rewizją nr 2267 w 2018 r.); Dyrektorium ogólne o katechizacji z 1997 r.; Dyrektorium o katechizacji z 2020 r. i dokument Antiquum ministerium, w którym papież Franciszek ustanawia posługę katechety.
The article analyses the development of contemporary catechetical thought based on the following documents: Directorium catechetisticum generale of 1971; Catechesi tradendae - Apostolic Exhortation of John Paul II of 1979; Catechism of the Catholic Church of 1992 (with revision no. 2267 in 2018); General Directory for Catechesis of 1997; Directory for Catechesis of 2020 and the document Antiquum ministerium, in which Pope Francis establishes the ministry of the catechist.
