Psychospołeczne uwarunkowania poczucia jakości życia osób z rdzeniowym zanikiem mięśni
Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy są psychospołeczne uwarunkowania poczucia jakości życia. Badaniami objęto dorosłe osoby chore na chorobę nerwowo-mięśniową, rdzeniowy zanik mięśni, z postacią SMA 2 i SMA 3. Przeprowadzono je z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza osobowego, autorskiego kwestionariusza poczucia jakości życia, Kwestionariusza Orientacji Życiowej (SOC-29), Skali Struktury Psychoimmunologicznej (SSP). Celem poznawczym rozprawy doktorskiej jest uzyskanie wiedzy na temat specyfiki funkcjonowania osób z SMA. Celem aplikacyjnym jest zdefiniowanie koniecznych działań diagnostycznych, profilaktycznych i terapeutycznych w stosunku do osób z SMA. Pierwsze trzy rozdziały pracy mają charakter teoretyczny i służą prezentacji medycznych i edukacyjnych aspektów życia z chorobą, jaką jest SMA, interdyscyplinarnemu przedstawieniu jakości życia, omówieniu poczucia koherencji i odporności. Czwarty rozdział zawiera informacje dotyczące problematyki i procedury badawczej oraz przedstawiono w nim charakterystykę osób badanych. Kolejny rozdział, empiryczny, służy omówieniu wyników badań.
The PhD concerns psychosocial determinants of the sense of quality of life. The study included adult patients with neuro-muscular disease, spinal muscular atrophy, SMA type 2 and SMA 3 people. The personal questionnaire, the quality of life questionnaire of an individual construction, the sense of coherence scale (SOC-29), the scale of psychoimmunological structure (SPS). The cognitive goal of the research is to obtain knowledge about the specific functioning of people with SMA. The application goal is to define the necessary diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic measures for people with SMA. The first three chapters of the thesis are theoretical and serve to present the medical and educational aspects of living with the disease, such as SMA, interdisciplinary presentation of the quality of life, and discuss the sense of coherence and resilience. The fourth chapter contains information on the issues and research procedure as well as the characteristics of the respondents. The next chapter, empirical, discusses the research results.
