Abstract

The aim of the article is to present the legal basis of possible triangular partnership in the fi eld of environmental public tasks. Partnerships involving small, micro, and medium–sized enterprises, as well as civil society organizations, are needed to cooperate with public authorities to achieve sustainable development in accordance with the Rio+20 Declaration.
