Abstract

The aim of the analysis was to determine the relationship between interpersonal skills, moral intelligence and the readiness to engage in interreligious dialogue among adults in Poland. A total of 519 people aged between 18 and 75 were surveyed. The study used the Scale of Readiness to Engage in Interreligious Dialogue (TGDMVE) (Rydz, Bartczuk, 2025), the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire (ICQ-R) (Buhrmester, et al., 1988, adapted into Polish by Klinkosz et al., 2017) and the Moral Intelligence Quotient (IIM) (Code of Ethics Lennick & Kiel, 2005; adapted into Polish by Noworol, 2021)
