dc.description.abstract	Główny problem badawczy dysertacji sformułowany został za pomocą pytania: jaki jest stan tożsamości i posiadanych kompetencji wśród katechetów diecezji pelplińskiej? W celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na postawione pytanie, za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety przeprowadzone zostały badania wśród katechetów tej diecezji. W pierwszym rozdziale zarysowana została charkterystyka katechezy w realiach polskich, a także wyjaśnione pojęcia tożsamość i kompetencje. Określone zostały również czynniki konstytuujące tożamość katechetów oraz zakres niezbędnych kompetencji, którymi powinni się odznaczać. Weryfikacja przyjętych założeń znalazła swoje odzwierciedlenie w przeprowadzonych badaniach empirycznych, co zostało zaprezentowane i omówione w kolejnych trzech rozdziałach. Rozdział drugi zawiera wyniki badań emprirycznych związane z tożsamością katechetów diecezji pelplińskiej w aspekcie pełnienia funkcji nauczyciela, wychowawcy i świadka wiary. W rozdziale trzecim zaprezentowano i przeanalizowano dane bezpośrednio dotyczące kompetencji preewangelizacyjnych, kerygmatycznych i teologicznych respondentów. Natomiast w rozdziale czwartym zawarte zostały dane i wnioski dotyczące kompetencji komunikacyjnych, dydaktycznych i metodycznych badanych katechetów. Rozdział piąty obejmuje konkluzje z przeprowadzonych badań oraz postulaty formacyjne, a także główne kierunki i linie formacji pernamentnej katechetów związane z ich tożsamością i kompetencjami. W zakończeniu przedstawione zostały najważniejsze wnioski wynikające z analizy przeprowadzonych badań oraz propozycje organizacji dalszej formacji katechetów w kontekście odkrywania tożsamości i rozwijania kompetencji.	pl
dc.description.abstract	The main research area of the dissertation revolves around the question: "What is the state of identity and competence among catechists of the Pelplin diocese?". In order to obtain an answer to the question posed, a survey, in a form of a questionnaire, was conducted among catechists. The first chapter outlines the characteristics of catechesis in the Polish reality as well as the understanding of the concepts of identity and competence. The factors constituting the catechists' identity and the scope of necessary competences they should have were also determined. The verification of the adopted assumptions was reflected in the conducted empirical research, which was presented and discussed in the subsequent three chapters. The second chapter contains the results of empirical research related to the identity of the Pelplin diocese catechists in the aspect of performing the function of a teacher, educator and a witness to faith. The third chapter presents and analyses data directly relating to pre-evangelisation as well as kerygmatic and theological competences of respondents. On the other hand, chapter four contains data and methodological competence of the catechists surveyed. The fifth chapter comprises the conclusions of the research and formation postulates as well as the main directions and lines of catechists' permanent formation related to their identity and competences. Last but not least, the author has presented the most significant conclusions resulting from the research analysis and proposals on how to organise catechists' further formation in the context of discovering identity and developing competences.	pl
