dc.description.abstractCelem pracy było ukazanie występowania przepływu kapitału kulturowego we współpracy i rozwoju instytucji kulturalnych i turystycznych Sandomierza w celu ekspansji kulturalnej i turystycznej strony miasta. Przedmiotem badań był rzeczywisty udział aktorów we współpracy w sieci na rzecz rozwoju kultury i turystyki Sandomierza. Za ciekawe uznano tutaj przede wszystkim charakter oraz strukturę występujących relacji pomiędzy poszczególnymi aktorami w sieci oraz sam charakter działań, jakie podejmują poszczególni aktorzy. Głównym celem badań było ukazanie przepływu kapitału kulturowego w sieci współpracy instytucji kulturalnych i turystycznych Sandomierza i jego wpływu na rozwój kultury i turystyki w mieście. Za istotne uważano zaobserwowanie i wychwycenie przepływów kapitału kulturowego na przykładzie wspólnej kooperacji poszczególnych instytucji z zakresu kultury i turystyki. Ponadto dążono do uchwycenia roli liderów o wysokim kapitale kulturowym wśród instytucji kulturalnych i turystycznych oraz ukazania jakie czynniki pobudzają, a jakie spowalniają przepływ kapitału kulturowego. Główną metodą badawczą, na bazie której powstawały sieci, była analiza danych archiwalnych (desk research). Uzupełnieniem analizy danych zastanych były indywidualne wywiady pogłębione z pracownikami instytucji kulturalnych i turystycznych wybranych do badania. Metodą badawczą uzupełniającą powyższe metody była analiza sieci społecznych, która wydawała się najlepszą metodą badawczą do zbadania przepływu kapitału kulturowego w sieci instytucji kulturalnych i turystycznych Sandomierza.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the work was to show the occurrence of the flow of cultural capital in the cooperation and development of cultural and tourist institutions of Sandomierz in order to expand the cultural and tourist side of the city. The subject of the research was the actual participation of actors in cooperation in the network for the development of culture and tourism in Sandomierz. What was considered interesting here was primarily the nature and structure of the relationships between individual actors in the network and the very nature of the actions taken by individual actors. The main aim of the research was to show the flow of cultural capital in the cooperation network of cultural and tourist institutions in Sandomierz and its impact on the development of culture and tourism in the city. It was considered important to observe and capture the flows of cultural capital on the example of joint cooperation of individual institutions in the field of culture and tourism. In addition, the aim was to capture the role of leaders with high cultural capital among cultural and tourist institutions and to show which factors stimulate and which slow down the flow of cultural capital. In the study, the main research method on the basis of which the networks were created was the analysis of archival data (desk research). The analysis of the existing data was supplemented by individual in-depth interviews with employees of cultural and tourist institutions selected for the study. The research method supplementing the above methods was the analysis of social networks, which seemed to be the best research method to study the flow of cultural capital in the network of cultural and tourist institutions in Sandomierz.pl
