Teoretyczne podstawy i strategie realizacji flexicurity jako modelu rozwiązywania problemów rynku pracy

Abstract

Przedmiotem badań naukowych podjętych w rozprawie był tzw. model flexicurity, czyli "zintegrowana strategia równoczesnego zwiększania elastyczności i bezpieczeństwa rynku pracy", która po 2007 roku stała się jedną z oficjalnych polityk Unii Europejskiej. Koncepcja flexicurity obejmuje cztery obszary życia jednostki oraz systemu społeczno-gospodarczego: prawo pracy, rynek pracy, edukację oraz zabepieczenei społeczne. Celem badawczym podjętym w rozprawie była próba określenia teoretycznych założeń oraz praktycznych sposobów realizacji na rynku pracy (szczególnie unijnym) modelu flexicurity jako narzędzia rozwiązywania problemów zatrudnienia. W ramach celu głównego postawiono cztery tezy badawcze, które dzięki przeprowadzonym badaniom zostały pozytywnie zweryfikowane.The subject of the research undertaken in the dissertation was the so-called the flexicurity model, that is " an integrated strategy of simultaneous increase in flexibility and security of the labour marekt", which after 2007 became one of the official policies of the European Union. The concept of flexicurity covers four areas of an individual's life and the socio-economic system: labor law, labour market, education and social security. The research aim of the dissertation was an attempt to define the theoretical assumptions and practical ways of implementing the flexicurity model on the labour market (esp. in the EU) as a tool for solving employment problems. As part of the main goal, four research theses were posed, which were positively verified thanks to the research.
