dc.description.abstractReligijna nazwa „prymat” (gr. proteion, łac. primatus) oznacza przede wszystkim pierwszeństwo, pierwsze miejsce, stanie na czele, jakkolwiek równy jest co do święceń biskupich, to jednak we władzy jest głową kolegium biskupiego. W dziejach Kościoła rozróżnia się zatem potrójne znaczenie prymatu: honorowy, administracyjny i jurysdykcyjny. Prymat w trzecim znaczeniu jest właściwy i polega na posiadaniu pierwszeństwa realnej władzy pasterskiej w zakresie Kościoła bez niwelowania innych, niższych szczebli władzy. Ale i ten jurysdykcyjny prymat może być wykonywany na sposób monarchistyczny albo kolegialny. Bez wątpienia J. Ratzinger jest za kolegialnym rozumieniem prymatu w tym sensie, że papież jest głową kolegium biskupów. Według niego prymat i kolegialność są we wzajemnej do siebie relacji, która jest nieusuwalna. Takie rozumienie ma też wymiar ekumeniczny.pl
dc.description.abstractJoseph Ratzinger discusses papal primacy in the Church, which is a communio based on the relationship between primacy and collegiality. Therefore, he supports jurisdictional primacy executed not in a monarchical way, but collegially, with the Pope as the head of the college of bishops. Joseph Ratzinger discusses the Petrine primacy in the New Testament, which he considers a starting point for a discussion about the succession of Peter’s office, choosing (via media) between papalism and conciliarism. He, therefore, focuses on the personal aspect of primacy connected with a given person. Moreover, the article discusses the relationship between the papacy and doctrinal infallibility. It also poses the question whether after his renunciation Benedict XVI still retains the charisma of doctrinal infallibility (or authentic orthodoxy) and how this refers to the current Pope Francis.pl
dc.description.abstractJoseph Ratzinger zeigt die Wirklichkeit des päpstlichen Primats auf der Ebene der Kirche, verstanden als Communio, wo die grundlegende Kategorie die gegenseitige Relation des Primats und Kollegialität in der Kirche ist. Aus diesem Grund plädiert er für das Jurisdiktionsprimat, das jedoch nicht in einer monarchistischen, sondern einer kollegialen Art ausgeübt wird, wo der Papst als Haupt des Bischofskollegiums verstanden wird. Er verweist nachdrücklich auf die Vorrangstellung des Petrus im Neuen Testament und von da aus entfaltet er den Gedanken der Sukzession des päpstlichen Amtes, indem er den Mittelweg zwischen Papalismus und Konziliarismus wählt. Aus diesem Grund konzentriert er sich auf den personalen Charakter des Primats, verbunden mit einer konkreten Person. Außerdem wird im Artikel das Verhältnis zwischen dem Amt und der doktrinalen Unfehlbarkeit analysiert, wobei eine Hypothese bezüglich der Frage aufgestellt wird, ob Benedikt XVI. nach seinem Rücktritt das Charisma der Unfehlbarkeit beibehalten hat und wie das in Bezug auf den Papst Franziskus zu verstehen ist.pl
