dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest analiza kościelnej aktywności abp. Zimowskiego, podczas pełnienia urzędu biskupa radomskiego w latach 2002-2009. Szczegółowym problemem badawczym w rozprawie jest odpowiedź na pytanie, jakie czynności prawne oraz inicjatywy i wydarzenia podejmował bp Zimowski w diecezji radomskiej, które umożliwiały jej funkcjonowanie, owocne przyjmowanie przez wiernych Słowa Bożego i sakramentów oraz legalne działanie struktur diecezjalnych. Osoba abp. Zygmunta Zimowskiego znana jest z publikacji i wspomnień wielu kapłanów i wiernych. Niestety – jak dotąd – nie ma pozycji, w której analizowano jego działalność jako biskupa radomskiego. Rozprawa ma charakter źródłowy i prawno-historyczny oraz ukazuje wielopłaszczyznową działalność bp. Zimowskiego w czasie sprawowania urzędu biskupa radomskiego. Opracowanie składa się ze: spisu treści, wykazu skrótów, wstępu, czterech rozdziałów, zakończenia, wykazu bibliograficznego i streszczenia w języku angielskim. Z racji charakteru dysertacji, podstawową metodą zastosowaną w rozprawie jest metoda dogmatyczno-prawna, polegająca na analizie, syntezie i systematyce tekstów źródłowych i literatury w obowiązującym porządku prawnym Kościoła. Pomocniczo została także wykorzystana metoda historyczno-prawna oraz teologiczno-prawna. The aim of the dissertation is to analyze the ecclesiastical activity of Archbishop Zimowski while holding the office of the Bishop of Radom in the years 2002-2009. A detailed research problem in the dissertation is the answer to the question of what legal actions, initiatives and events were undertaken by Bishop Zimowski in the Radom diocese, which enabled its functioning, fruitful reception of the Word of God and the sacraments by the faithful, and the legal operation of diocesan structures. The person of Archbishop Zygmunt Zimowski is known from the publications and memories of many priests and faithful. Unfortunately - so far - there is no publication in which his activities as the bishop of Radom were analyzed. The dissertation has a source, legal and historical character and shows the multifaceted activity of Bishop Zimowski during his office as the Bishop of Radom. The study consists of: table of contents, list of abbreviations, introduction, four chapters, conclusion, bibliographic list and abstract in English. Due to the nature of the dissertation, the basic method used in the dissertation is the dogmatic and legal method, consisting in the analysis, synthesis and systematics of source texts and literature in the current legal order of the Church. The historical-legal method and theological- legal method were also used as an aid.
