dc.description.abstractFormacja kapłańska w świetle nauczania papieża Franciszka jest tematem wieloaspektowym. Jest opisana w czterech płaszczyznach: ludzkiej, duchowej, intelektualnej i pastoralnej. W ramach formacji ludzkiej dzieli się ona na kształtowanie dojrzałości emocjonalnej oraz dojrzałej wolności. Formowanie sumienia prezbiterów jest jej kolejnym aspektem. Formacja duchowa charakteryzuje się kształtowaniem osobistej więzi z Chrystusem poprzez modlitwę, doskonaleniem praktykowania cnót ewangelicznych i kształtowaniem postawy miłosierdzia. Formacja intelektualna dzieli się na doskonalenie wiedzy teologicznej i pozateologicznej. W ramach formacji pastoralnej opisane są zagadnienia dotyczące umiejętności głoszenia słowa Bożego, doskonalenie umiejętności w zakresie sprawowania sakramentów i wprowadzenia w modlitwę oraz kształtowanie umiejętności budowania i kierowania wspólnotami chrześcijańskimi. Papież Franciszek szczególnie akcentuje postawę bliskości wobec wiernych, radości, ubóstwa, miłosierdzia i nawrócenia pastoralnego. Przestrzega zaś kapłanów przed postawą klerykalną. Priest formation in the light of the teaching of Pope Francis is a multifaceted topic. It is described on four levels: human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral. As a part of human formation, it is divided into the development of emotional maturity and mature freedom. Forming the conscience of priests is another aspect of it. Spiritual formation is characterized by shaping a personal bond with Christ through prayer, perfecting the practice of evangelical virtues and shaping the attitude of mercy. Intellectual formation is divided into improving theological and non-theological knowledge. As a part of pastoral formation, issues related to the ability to preach the word of God are described, improving skills in the area of administering the sacraments and initiating prayer, as well as shaping the ability to build and lead Christian communities. Pope Francis especially emphasizes the attitude of closeness to the faithful, joy, poverty, mercy and pastoral conversion. He warns priests against clerical attitudes.
