Problem prawdziwego oblicza Boga w nauczaniu papieża Benedykta XVI (2005-2013)
Abstract
Dlatego papież broni wiary w prawdziwe bóstwo i prawdziwe człowieczeństwo Chrystusa. Dogmat o dwóch naturach w jednej Osobie, wyraża między innymi imię Jezus Chrystus. Imię Jezus wskazuje na Jego ziemskie życie; tytuł Chrystus wskazuje na Jego Boskie pochodzenie. Jako taki Jezus jest obecny w Kościele. To Kościół przekazuje prawdziwe objawienie, zagwarantowane sukcesją apostolską - trwaniem nieprzerwanie w nauczaniu Apostołów, świadków życia Jezusa. Możemy też "zobaczyć" prawdziwe oblicze Boga w sakramentach, szczególnie w Eucharystii, gdzie Chrystus jest realnie obecny. Temat niniejszej dysertacji jest tematem wielkiej nadziei: człowiek jest w stanie poznać prawdziwe oblicze Boga! Maryja i święci są tego najlepszym przykładem.
The dissertation, as its main thesis indicates, is an attempt to answer the problem of the true face of God as understood by Pope Benedict XVI (2005-2013). It consists of two parts: the first is Christological, the second relates to the Church. Both point to the true face of God revealed in Christ and accessible to man in the Church through faith, the sacraments, and the Tradition. The true face of God is Christ. The Incarnation and the Passover, as Benedict XVI teaches, reveal who God is and what He is like. God is close to man because He himself became a man and lived a human life in all its aspects, except sin, until death. That is why the Pope defends faith in the true deity and true humanity of Christ. The dogma of two natures in one Person is expressed, among other things, by the name of Jesus Christ. The name of Jesus indicates His earthly life; the title 'Christ' indicates His divine origin. As such, Jesus is present in the Church. It is the Church who conveys the true revelation, guaranteed by apostolic succession, by continuing the teaching of the Apostles, witnesses of Jesus' life. We can also "see" the true face of God in the sacraments, especially in the Eucharist, where Christ is truly present. The topic of this dissertation is the one of great hope: man is able to know the true face of God! Mary and the saints are the best examples of this.
