Abstract
Celem głównym rozprawy doktorskiej jest analiza i ocena wpływu nowych technologii na praktyczne kształcenie studentów kierunku pielęgniarstwo w opinii studentów Akademii Bialskiej Nauk Stosowanych studiów I i II stopnia. W rozprawie przedstawiono przegląd doświadczeń polskich i międzynarodowych w obszarze innowacji, wskazując czynniki je wspierające. Omówiono role przyjętych strategii innowacyjności oraz źródła ich finansowania. Szczegółowej analizie poddano finansowanie Monoprofilowych Centrów Stymulacji Medycznej (MCSM) oraz czynniki pełniące istotną rolę w ich dyfuzji. W rozprawie zaprezentowano interdyscyplinarne podejście do innowacji, nowych technologii, symulacji i sztucznej inteligencji. Przedstawiono zarys historii pielęgniarstwa, koncentrując się na jego początkach i czasach obecnych. Scharakteryzowano nowe role i modele pielęgniarstwa w Polsce i na świecie. Omówiono i przeanalizowani wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań.
The main objective of the dissertation is to analyze and evaluate the impact of new technologies on the practical training of nursing students, in the opinion of students of the Bialska Acadmy of Applied Sciences of first and second degree studies. The dissertation presents an overview of Polish and international experience in the field of innovation, indicating the factors supporting it. The roles of the adopted innovation strategies and the sources of their financing were discussed. The financing of Monoprofile Medical Simulation Centres (MCSM) and the factors playing an important role in their diffusion were analyzed in detail.
