Innowacje pedagogiczne w klasach mundurowych wybranych szkół średnich województwa mazowieckiego
Abstract
Przedmiotem pracy jest ustalenie istnienia zjawiska innowacyjności pedagogicznej w obszarze organizacyjnym, dydaktycznym i wychowawczym oraz w wyniku badań określenie zakresu jego realizacji w klasach mundurowych szkół średnich na terenie Mazowsza. Praca traktuje o innowacjach pedagogicznych w liceach i technikach wybranych do badań, które prowadzą klasy: wojskowe, policyjne, strażackie, straży granicznej na obszarze województwa mazowieckiego. Część teoretyczna oprócz zagadnień o innowacyjności przybliża historię szkolnictwa mundurowego dla młodzieży na terenie Polski - od Szkoły Rycerskiej I Rzeczypospolitej po czasy współczesne wraz z tradycją i symboliką mundurową. Zawiera także informacje o wskazanych typach klas mundurowych i socjologiczny obraz tych klas w Polsce i na Mazowszu. W pracy znajduje się rozbudowana analiza porównawcza innowacji pedagogicznych w poszczególnych rodzajach klas.
The subject of this doctoral dissertation is to determine the existence of the phenomenon of educational innovation in the organizational, teaching and educational areas and, as a result of research, to determine the scope of its implementation in military, police, firefighting, border guard profile classes in Masovia.
The dissertation is about educational innovations in secondary schools and technical schools selected for research, which run classes: military, police, firefighting, border guard in the Masovian Voivodeship. The theoretical part, in addition to issues of innovation, presents the history of military profiled classes for young people in Poland - from the School of Chivalry in Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth to modern times, along with the tradition and symbolism of military uniforms. It also contains information about the indicated types of military profile classes and a sociological picture of the above mentioned in Poland and Masovia. The work includes an extensive comparative analysis of educational innovations in individual types of classes.
