Abstract
Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest szczegółowa analiza przekładu rosyjskich terminów z zakresu prawa celnego, z uwzględnieniem tekstu przekładu i tekstów paralelnych, prowadząca do ustalenia ich polskich ekwiwalentów oraz do wyciągnięcia wniosków ogólnych na temat przekładu terminologii w badanym zakresie. W rozdziale pierwszym zaprezentowano zagadnienia dotyczące języka specjalistycznego i terminologii. Rozdział drugi dotyczy języka i tekstów prawa celnego. W niniejszej części pracy przedstawiono definicję prawa celnego, jak i języka prawa celnego oraz omówiono gatunki tekstów normatywnych charakterystycznych dla przedmiotowej gałęzi prawa. Rozdział trzeci obejmuje tematykę związaną z terminologią prawa celnego w badanych tekstach. W tej części rozprawy zaprezentowano klasyfikację semantyczno-strukturalną, klasyfikację dziedzinową oraz sposoby tworzenia terminologii prawa celnego w języku rosyjskim. Rozdział czwarty zawiera opis stanu badań z zakresu przekładoznawstwa oraz przekładu prawnego, technik przekładu terminologii oraz sposobów przekładu terminologii prawa celnego w badanych aktach normatywnych. W rozdziale piątym podjęto próbę weryfikacji jakości przekładu terminów prawa celnego w badanych tekstach. Zestawiono również wyniki badań z uwzględnieniem tekstów paralelnych oraz dokonano oceny przydatności owych tekstów w pracy tłumacza. Dodatkiem do niniejszej rozprawy jest Glosariusz, który obejmuje całą zebraną w trakcie badań terminologię wraz z ekwiwalentami.
The dissertation’s subject - detailed analysis of the customs law terms translated from Russian language. This analysis was based on translation text and parallel texts. The analysis’ aim was to determine Polish equivalents and to draw general conclusions about the way of translation the terminology in studied area. The subject brought up in this dissertation is an attempt to fill the gap which exists in the translation literature. The first chapter presents issues concerning specialized language and the theory of terminology. The second chapter concerns the language and customs law texts. This part of the dissertation presents the definition of customs law and language, genres of normative texts, which are characteristic for this branch of law. The third chapter includes topics related to terminology of customs law in the normative acts. This part of the dissertation presents the semantic-structural classification, domain classification and ways how to establish terminology of customs law in Russian language. The fourth chapter contains a description of translation methods concerning research legal translations, terminology translation techniques and translation methods of customs law terminology in the normative acts. In this part was also provided the evaluation of the equivalents’ accuracy. The fifth chapter is an attempt to verify the customs terms quality translation in the normative text. Glossary is the annex to this dissertation, which contains all the terminology with equivalents.
