Abstract
Homoseksualizm jest problemem, który dotyka − według różnych danych − ok. 3-4% ludności. W ostatnich latach problem osób homoseksualnych stał się bardzo medialny, a osoby o takich tendencjach domagają się przyznania im różnych praw, m.in. zrównania związków homoseksualnych z małżeństwami heteroseksualnymi czy adopcji dzieci. Biorąc pod uwagę aktualność problemu, na podstawie analizy dokumentów Kościoła katolickiego pragniemy wykazać nieadekwatność takich dążeń.
Punktem wyjścia jest przywołanie pierwotnego zamysłu Boga wobec człowieka stworzonego mężczyzną i niewiastą oraz powołania ich do małżeństwa, którego celem jest zrodzenie i wychowanie potomstwa. Jest to również podstawa ukazania godności każdej osoby ludzkiej, w tym także osób o tendencjach homoseksualnych. Z kolei przedstawiona jest kwestia homoseksualizmu i zła moralnego czynów homoseksualnych. Ukazanie, że złe są czyny, a nie sama tendencja homoseksualna. W dalszej części przedstawiona jest niemożliwość prawnego uznania i zrównania związków homoseksualnych z małżeństwem heteroseksualnym, między innymi ze względu na zasadę dobra wspólnego społeczeństwa.
Homosexuality is a problem that affects approximately 3-4% of the population, according to various data. In recent years, the problem of homosexual people has become very media-oriented, and people with such tendencies demand that they be granted various rights, including equating homosexual relationships with heterosexual marriages or adopting children. Taking into account the topicality of the problem on the basis of the analysis of the documents of the Catholic Church, we would like to show the inadequacy of such aspirations.The starting point is to recall the original plan of God for man created male and female and to call them to marriage, the purpose of which is to give birth and raise children. It is also the basis for showing the dignity of every human person independently, including people with homosexual tendencies. On the other hand, the issue of homosexuality and moral evil of homosexual acts is presented. Demonstrating that actions are wrong and not the homosexual tendency itself. The next part presents the impossibility of legally recognizing and equating homosexual relationships with heterosexual marriage e.g. due to the principle of the common good of society.
