Abstract
Nowe Dyrektorium o katechizacji to normatywny dokument eklezjalny, który zawiera fundamentalne zagadnienia teologiczno-pastoralne zaczerpnięte głównie z dokumentów II Soboru Watykańskiego, Katechizmu Kościoła Katolickiego i innych dokumentów Nauczycielskiego Urzędu Kościoła z zakresu katechezy. Dyrektorium potwierdza i rozwija współczesną formację katechetów w kluczu powrotu do źródeł, kiedy formacja przebiegała przez nabieranie doświadczenia i oparta była na żywym spotkaniu z Jezusem Chrystusem, głoszonym w sposób autentyczny i świadczony życiem. Słowo Boże w Piśmie św. i Tradycja to podstawowe źródła katechezy, które należy postrzegać we wzajemnym powiązaniu. Jedno odsyła do drugiego, zaś wszystkie sprowadzają się do Słowa Bożego, którego są wyrazem. W zależności od uczestników katechezy i konkretnego kontekstu procesu katechetycznego można zawsze uwydatnić jedno ze źródeł względem innych. Doświadczenie współczesnego Kościoła podkreśla, że należy sięgać do źródeł w sposób wyważony, unikając katechizowania jednostronnego. To odnosi się także do formacji katechetów, aby była ona propozycją wieloaspektową, czerpiącą ze wszystkich źródeł wiary, a przez to stała się procesem integralnym. Takie ujęcie przypomina, że formacja katechetów nie jest dziełem wyłącznie ludzkim. Formatorzy katechetów powinni mieć dogłębną wiedzę nie tylko o źródłach podstawowych, ale także świadomość właściwej ich hierarchii koniecznej do opracowania współczesnych dróg formacyjnych.
The New Directory on Catechesis is a normative ecclesial document that contains fundamental theological and pastoral issues drawn mainly from the documents of the Second Vatican Council, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and other documents of the Magisterium of the Church in the field of catechesis. The Directory confirms and develops the contemporary formation of catechists in the key of returning to the sources, when the formation took place through gaining experience and was based on a living encounter with Jesus Christ, proclaimed in an authentic and life-witnessed way. The Word of God in Scripture and Tradition are the basic sources of catechesis to be seen in relation to each other. One refers to the other, and they all come down to the Word of God of which they express. Depending on the participants of catechesis and the specific context of the catechetical process, one can always emphasize one of the sources in relation to the others. The experience of the contemporary Church emphasizes the need to reach for sources in a balanced way, avoiding one-sided catechesis. This also applies to the formation of catechists, so that it is a multifaceted proposal, drawing from all sources of faith, and thus becomes an integral process. This approach reminds us that the formation of catechists is not an exclusively human work. Formators of catechists should have an in-depth knowledge not only of the basic sources, but also an awareness of their proper hierarchy, necessary for the development of contemporary formation paths.
