Abstract
Niniejsza dysertacja dotyczy funkcjonowania duszpasterstwa Kościoła Ewangelicko-Augsburskiego w Polsce w latach 1994-2019. W ogólny problem naukowy wpisują się szczegółowe problemy badawcze zawarte w pytaniach: jakie są obszary i rodzaje duszpasterstwa Kościoła Ewangelicko-Augsburskiego w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w latach 1994-2019, W pierwszym rozdziale zostało zdefiniowane pojęcie duszpasterstwa w rozumieniu luterańskim, a także przedstawione wybrane wzorce i przykłady duszpasterzy. W drugim rozdziale zostały przedstawione obszary duszpasterstwa z perspektywy Kościoła Luterańskiego w Polsce. Ten rozdział dotyczył najpierw parafii (inaczej zboru) jako obszaru działań duszpasterskich, w tym duszpasterstwa dzieci, młodzieży, i tzw. duszpasterstwa odwiedzinowego. Następnie zostały opisane duszpasterstwa środowiskowe: w szpitalu, osób niesłyszących, w wojsku, w więzieniu, straży pożarnej, policji, motocyklistów, duszpasterstwo w mediach i w domach opieki. W rozdziale trzecim scharakteryzowano rodzaje duszpasterstwa, m.in. systemowego, duszpasterstwa duszpasterzy oraz międzywyznaniowego, ewangelizacyjno-misyjnego, międzykulturowego i międzyreligijnego. Treścią rozdziału czwartego było zagadnienie kształcenia i szkolenia w duszpasterstwie. Omówione zostały kompetencje duszpasterza i jego znaczenie jako osoby. Podjęta została także kwestia kształcenia akademickiego duszpasterzy, Instytutu Pastoralnego KEA, praktyk studenckich, okresu kandydackiego, ustawicznego kształcenia duchownych i kursów duszpasterskich.
This dissertation concerns the functioning of the pastoral ministry of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland in the years 1994-2019. The general scientific problem is embedded in detailed research problems contained in the questions: what are the areas and types of pastoral ministry of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in the Republic of Poland in the years 1994-2019. In the first chapter, the concept of pastoral ministry in the Lutheran understanding was defined, and selected models and examples of pastoral workers were presented. The second chapter presented areas of pastoral ministry from the perspective of the Lutheran Church in Poland. This chapter firstly dealt with the parish (or church) as an area of pastoral activity, including pastoral care of children, youth, and the so-called visiting ministry. Next, environmental ministries were described: in hospitals, for the deaf, in the army, in prisons, fire departments, police motorcyclists, pastoral care in the media and in nursing homes. Chapter three characterized the types of pastoral care, including systemic pastoral care, pastoral care of pastors and interfaith, evangelization and missionary, intercultural and interreligious pastoral care. The content of the fourth chapter was the issue of education and training in pastoral ministry. The competencies of the pastor and his importance as a person were discussed. The academic training of pastors, the KEA Pastoral Institute, student internships, the candidacy period, continuing education of vicars and pastoral courses were also addressed.
