Abstract
Księga jubileuszowa została poświęcona Profesorowi Witoldowi Kołbukowi, wieloletniemu pracownikowi Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II. W części otwierającej tom znalazły się listy gratulacyjne dziekanów Wydziału Nauk Humanistycznych oraz Wydziału Nauk Społecznych KUL, słowo wstępne, biografia Jubilata oraz wykaz Jego prac naukowych. Tom zawiera 21 tekstów 22 autorów z różnych ośrodków naukowych w Polsce i za granicą, reprezentujących takie dyscypliny naukowe, jak: historia, nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości, językoznawstwo, literaturoznawstwo i kulturoznawstwo. Teksty pogrupowane są w kilka kręgów tematycznych: Świat wartości w religii i społeczeństwie, Kultura i historia pogranicza polsko-wschodniosłowiańskiego, W poszukiwaniu prawdy historycznej i tożsamości literackiej, Kontakty językowe i komunikacja międzykulturowa oraz Addenda
The Festschrift is dedicated to Professor Witold Kołbuk, a long-term employee of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The opening section of the volume contains congratulations letters by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Foreword, biography of Professor Kołbuk and bibliography of his research papers. The volume contains 21 contributions by 22 authors from different academic and research institutions in Poland and abroad representing such academic disciplines as history, management science, linguistics, literary studies and culture studies. The papers are organized in several thematic areas, namely: The realm of values in religion and society, Culture and history of the Polish-Eastern Slavic borderland, In search of historical truth and literary identity, Linguistic contacts and intercultural communication, and Addenda
