Abstract
Celem rozprawy było ukazanie obustronnej zależności pomiędzy wiarą w Boga a życiem moralnym chrześcijanina według publikacji i audycji białoruskiego greckokatolickiego kapłana Leona Haroszki MIC. Tematyka została ujęta w oparciu o schemat dynamiki życia religijnego (od poszukiwania sensu życia do dostosowania go do odnalezionej wiary) oraz kręgów odniesień (życie indywidualne a życie społeczne). Pierwszy rozdział pracy ma charakter wprowadzający. Została w nim przedstawiona historia Kościoła greckokatolickiego na terytorium współczesnej Białorusi oraz biografia ks. Leona. Rozdział drugi został poświęcony odkrywaniu Boga przez ludzi: motywacjom, drogom poznania i przeszkodom. Ukazał też konieczność podjęcia przez człowieka decyzji, czy iść za Chrystusem. Kolejny rozdział prezentuje, w jaki sposób chrześcijanin powinien kształtować swoje życie, żeby być autentycznym uczniem Jezusa. Została tu ukazana potrzeba i środki rozwoju życia duchowego, zasady funkcjonowania w codzienności oraz problematyka cierpienia i śmierci. Ostatni rozdział skupia się na roli wiary i Kościoła w życiu społecznym. Ukazuje, w jaki sposób chrześcijaństwo służy dobru wspólnemu, jak tragiczne są skutki odrzucenia Boga przez społeczność i w jaki sposób chrześcijanin może i powinien reagować na takie sytuacje.
The aim of the dissertation was to show the mutual dependence between the faith in God and the moral life of a Christian according to the publications and broadcasts of the belarusian Greek Catholic priest Leo Garoshka MIC. The subject matter was based on the scheme of the dynamic of religious life (from searching of the meaning of life to adapting it to the found faith) and the circles of references (individual life and social life). The first chapter of the work is introductory. It presents the history of the Greek Catholic Church on the territory of modern Belarus and the biography of Fr. Leo. The second chapter refers to the discovery of God by people: motivations, ways of cognition and obstacles. It also showed the necessity for a man to decide whether to follow Christ. The next chapter presents how a Christian should shape his life to be an authentic disciple of Jesus. The need and means for the development of spiritual life, the principles of functioning in everyday life and the issues of suffering and death are shown here. The last chapter focuses on the role of the faith and the Church in social life. It shows how Christianity serves the common good, how tragic are the effects of the rejection of God by the community and how a Christian can and should react to such situations.
