Abstract
W monografii omówiono rozwój rosyjskiego systemu bankowego od jego początków, poprzez wyłonienie banku centralnego, a następnie ewolucję do pierwszych lat XXI wieku. Książka składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza część prezentuje ewolucję sektora banków komercyjnych do lat 80 XX wieku. W części drugiej omówiono rozwój bankowości centralnej od 1860 do 2004 roku. W ostatniej części poddano analizie rozwój rosyjskiej bankowości od 1990 roku do czasów współczesnych.
The monograph discusses the development of the Russian banking system from its beginnings, through the appointment of the central bank, and then its evolution to the first years of the 21st century. The book consists of three parts. The first part presents the evolution of the commercial banking sector up to the 1980s. The second part discusses the development of central banking from 1860 to 2004. The last part analyzes the development of Russian banking from 1990 to the present day.
