Odporność psychiczna: jej struktura i konstrukcja Skali Struktury Psychoimmunologicznej (SPS)

Abstract

The paper describes the theoretical background and the development of a psychometric tool designed to measure the structure of the psychoimmunological system. Theoretical terms related to the psychoimmunological system were discussed, integrated into the theoretical model and operationalized as a pilot version of the Scale of Psychoimmunological Structure (SPS). 375 adults participated in the research. The Principal Component Analysis revealed that the SPS has six components and the theoretical model was generally confi rmed. On the basis of the results of the study the experimental version of SPS was constructed and it’s preliminary psychometric characteristic was found as satisfactory.
