Ocena opieki perinatalnej jako przedmiot badań kobiet po poronieniu

Abstract

Poronienie jest dla zdecydowanej większości kobiet bardzo trudnym doświadczeniem życiowym, związanym z pobytem w szpitalu i kontaktami ze służbą zdrowia, co naraża kobiety na konsekwencje błędów jatrogennych. Prawa pacjentki, a jednocześnie zobowiązania szpitala co do opieki medycznej oraz monitorowania satysfakcji kobiet z jakości tej opieki, zostały sformułowane w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia, które weszło w życie 1 stycznia 2019 r. Celem tego artykułu jest uzasadnienie, że przeprowadzanie wśród kobiet w krótkim czasie po poronieniu badań ankietowych dotyczących ich oceny uzyskanej opieki w szpitalu a tym samym przestrzegania praw pacjentki jest bezpieczne psychologicznie i nie przyczynia się do pogłębienia traumy psychicznej, o ile zostaną przestrzegane pewne psychologiczne i etyczne zasady. Takie badania mogą mieć nawet znaczenie psychoterapeutyczne.

For the vast majority of women, miscarriage is a very difficult life experience, related to a hospital stay and contacts with the health service, which also exposes women to the consequences of iatrogenic complications. The patient's rights and, at the same time, the hospital's obligations with regard to medical care and monitoring the women's satisfaction with the quality of this care were formulated in the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Health, which came into force on January 1, 2019. The purpose of this article is to show that questionnaire surveys on the women’s assessment of the hospital care received, and thus compliance with the patient's rights, is psychologically safe for them and does not contribute to the aggravation of the psychological trauma, as long as certain psychological and ethical rules are followed. Moreover, such assessment may even have a psychotherapeutic significance.
