dc.description.abstractZawarte w encyklikach Laborem exercens i Centesimus annus przesłanie papieskie można sprowadzić do tezy, wedle której kluczowym czynnikiem procesów gospodarczych jest człowiek – jego twórcza praca oraz przedsiębiorczość. Pierwszym i najważniejszym celem całego życia gospodarczo-społecznego pozostaje zawsze osoba ludzka i jej wszechstronny rozwój. Jan Paweł II w swoich dokumentach zwraca uwagę, że prawa rynku mają swój fundament w specyficznej naturze osoby zdolnej do podejmowania wielorakich działań wspólnie z innymi. Bogactwo krajów polega zaś na nowym typie własności opartym na wiedzy i umiejętności spożytkowania kapitału ludzkiego. Dlatego decydującym kryterium i zarazem wyzwaniem dla działalności ekonomiczno-gospodarczej w każdym czasie jest pytanie o ich sens antropologiczny. The papal message contained in the encyclicals Laborem Exercens and Centesimus Annuscan be reduced to the thesis that the key factor in economic processes is man – his creative work and entrepreneurship. Human person and his comprehensive development always remain the first and most important goal of all economic and social life. In his documents, John Paul II points out that the laws of the market have their foundation in the specific nature of a person capable of undertaking multiple activities together with others. In turn, the wealth of countries lies in a new type of ownership based on knowledge and the ability to use human capital. Therefore, the decisive criterion and, at the same time, the challenge for economic and entrepreneurial activities at all times is the question of their anthropological meaning.
