| dc.description.abstract | This article presents considerations regarding the Homeland Defense Act adopted on March 11, 2022, which is intended to adapt the so-called military law to modern requirements and thus improve the quality of state security. The aim of the article is to attempt to answer the question to what extent the Homeland Defense Act constitutes a new and better quality of state security? Moreover, this goal is to develop conclusions and postulates, the implementation of which may improve the effectiveness of legal regulations related to the implementation of the obligation to defend the Homeland. The work uses the dogmatic method as the main method and the historical and comparative methods as auxiliary methods. Autor omawia uchwaloną 11 marca 2022 roku ustawę o obronie Ojczyzny, która ma dostosować tzw. prawo wojskowe do wymogów współczesności i w ten sposób poprawić jakość bezpieczeństwa państwa. Celem rozważań jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, w jakim stopniu ustawa ta stanowi nową i lepszą jakość bezpieczeństwa państwa? Ponadto, wyciągnięcie wniosków i postawienie postulatów, których zastosowanie może wpłynąć na poprawę efektywności regulacji prawnych związanych z realizacją obowiązku obrony Ojczyzny. W pracy jako wiodąca wykorzystana została metoda dogmatyczna, a pomocniczo metoda historyczna i komparatystyczna. | |
