dc.description.abstract	The protocol outlines how to evaluate the occurrence of drug-resistant bacteria on various playground equipment elements and the top layer of the ground. This document describes among others, the procedure for the identification of bacteria isolates using the MALDI-TOF MS Bruker Biotyper platform, and the main steps of the disk diffusion susceptibility test.
