dc.description.abstract	Celem niniejszego opracowania jest analiza wpływu orientacji indywidualistycznej jednostek na poziom aprobaty dla programów umacniania rodzin, szczególnie Programu Rodzina 500+ jako nowego instrumentu polityki rodzinnej wspierającej rodziny w wypełnianiu ich funkcji. Głównym problemem badawczym jest odpowiedź na pytanie: Czy w ocenie polityki rodzinnej i wybranych instytucjonalnych instrumentów wsparcia dominuje przekonanie o jej prorozwojowych i inwestycyjnych funkcjach? Istotne jest także, czy wprowadzenie nowych programów pomocowych przyczynia się do poprawy funkcjonowania rodzin i umacnia tradycyjny model rodziny. Empiryczną podstawą prezentowanej analizy są badania własne autorki nad wpływem państwa na lokalną politykę społeczną przeprowadzone na przełomie roku 2021/22 metodą ustrukturyzowanego wywiadu kwestionariuszowego. Zebrane dane opracowano statystycznie z wykorzystaniem programu Statistica 8.0. Przedstawione wyniki badań zarówno własnych, jak i ogólnopolskich potwierdzają tezę o zasadniczej zmianie oczekiwań w zakresie polityki państwa. Pozytywnie odbierane jest przede wszystkim oddziaływanie programu na warunki materialne rodzin. Widoczne jest przekonanie o konieczności wsparcia wszystkich rodzin, a nie tylko tych najniżej sytuowanych. Jednocześnie, co wykazały zaprezentowane analizy, opinie w sprawie kierunków wsparcia rodzin i ich efektywności są mocno zróżnicowane. Orientacja indywidualistyczna części Polaków w znaczącym stopniu determinuje niechęć do wspierania zarówno kulturowo ukształtowanego modelu rodziny, jak i rodzin w wypełnianiu ich społecznych ról.	pl
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of individualistic orientation of individuals on the level of approval for family empowerment programs, especially the Family 500+ Program as a new instrument of family policy supporting families in fulfilling their functions. The main research problem is the answer to the question: is the conviction about its pro-development and investment functions dominating in the assessment of family policy and selected institutional support instruments? An important question is also whether the introduction of new assistance programs contributes to the improvement of the functioning of families and strengthens the traditional family model. The empirical basis of the presented analysis is the author’s own research on the influence of the state on local social policy, carried out at the turn of 2021/22. by the method of structured questionnaire interview. The collected data was statistically processed using the Statistica 8.0 software. The presented results of both own and national research confirm the thesis about a fundamental change in expectations in the field of state policy. The programme’s impact on the financial conditions of families is positively perceived. There is a conviction that all families need to be supported, not only the least-off ones. At the same time, as demonstrated by the analyzes, opinions on the directions of support for families and their effectiveness are very diverse. The individualistic orientation of some Poles is largely determined by the reluctance to support both the culturally shaped family model and families in fulfilling their social roles.	pl
