Roczniki Humanistyczne

Roczniki Humanistyczne ('Annals of Arts') is an academic journal of the humanities published by the Learned Society of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and the Faculty of Humanities of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. It has appeared without interruption since 1949.
Roczniki Humanistyczne is a platform of exchange of ideas between scholars from Poland, East-Central and Eastern Europe, and other parts of the world in five areas of the humanities: literary studies, linguistics, history, art history, and musicology, as well as across these disciplines.  
Roczniki Humanistyczne publishes original research articles, review articles, reviews, and short communications. Contributions are accepted in Polish, English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Russian. The language of contribution may vary depending on fascicle.

Roczniki Humanistyczne is published yearly in 12 thematic fascicles as described in the section About the Journal – Focus and Scope.

Roczniki Humanistyczne są czasopismem naukowym wydawanym przez Towarzystwo Naukowe Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego od 1949 roku. Od roku 2009 współwydawcą jest Wydział Nauk Humanistycznych Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II.

Roczniki Humanistyczne stanowią platformę wymiany idei pomiędzy uczonymi z Polski i regionu Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej i Wschodniej a uczonymi z innych części świata w zakresie czterech dyscyplin, określonych Ustawą 2.0: literaturoznawstwa, językoznawstwa, historii i nauk o sztuce, a także ujęć inter- i transdyscyplinarnych. 

W Rocznikach Humanistycznych publikujemy artykuły badawcze i przeglądowe, recenzje i sprawozdania. Zapraszamy do zgłaszania propozycji tekstów w języku polskim, angielskim, niemieckim, niderlandzkim, francuskim, hiszpańskim, portugalskim, włoskim, ukraińskim, białoruskim i rosyjskim, w zależności od zeszytu. 

Charakterystyka poszczególnych zeszytów zawarta jest w części Cel i zakres.
