    Niniejsza rozprawa nosi tytuł „Antropomorfizacja postaci zwierzęcej na podstawie wybranych utworów z fikcjonalnej prozy niderlandzkiej XIX, XX i XXI wieku". Temat podjęty w pracy dotyczy zatem literackich postaci zwierzęcych obdarzonych cechami ludzkimi. W innych pracach badawczych analizy tego typu bohaterów wykazują brak pogłębionego zastanowienia nad istotą antropomorfizacji. Zadaniem niniejszej rozprawy jest ustalenie, czym jest antropomorfizacja postaci zwierzęcej, jakie są jej rodzaje oraz w wyniku jakich strategii narracyjnych dochodzi do powstania efektu antropomorfizacji. Stawiam hipotezę, iż antropomorfizacja jest zabiegiem niejednorodnym - możliwym jest wyszczególnienie różnych jej kategorii. Na podstawie analizy bazującej na różnych myślach filozoficznych i literaturoznawczych proponuję podział antropomorfizacji na cztery typy zależne od aspektu zwierzęcia, które dalej konfrontuję z teorią narratologiczną Mieke Bal. W zależności od perspektywy narracyjnej (narracje i fokalizacje w utworze) antropomorfizacja uzyskuje inne uzasadnienie jako strategia poetycka w utworze. Stąd możliwe jest wyszczególnienie szesnastu wariantów antropomorfizacji. Na podstawie zebranego materiału dzielę najpopularniejsze warianty między 3 strategie antropomorfizacji, świadczące o najbardziej typowych cechach postaci zwierzęcia antropomorficznego. The title of the dissertation is "Anthropomorphization of an animal figure based on selected works from the fictional Dutch prose of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries". The topic taken up in the work therefore concerns literary animal characters endowed with human features. In other research works, analyzes of this type of heroes show a lack of in-depth reflection on the essence of anthropomorphization. The purpose of this dissertation is to determine what the anthropomorphization of an animal figure is, what are its types, and what kind of narrative strategies lead to the occurrence of the effect of anthropomorphization. I hypothesize that anthropomorphization is a heterogeneous procedure. It is possible to specify its various categories. On the basis of an analysis based on various philosophical and literary thoughts, I propose a division of anthropomorphization into four types depending on the aspect of the animal, which I then confront with Mieke Bal's narratological theory. Depending on the narrative perspective (narratives and focalizations), anthropomorphization receives a different justification as a poetic strategy in the poem. Hence, it is possible to specify sixteen variants of anthropomorphization. Based on the collected material, I divide the most popular variants between 3 anthropomorphization strategies, showing the most typical features of an anthropomorphic animal.
