    Represje wobec zakonów i zgromadzeń zakonnych metropolii lwowskiej obrządku łacińskiego w latach 1939-1950. Stan i perspektywy badań

    Artykuł przedstawia stan badań i postulaty badawcze dotyczące represji wobec Zakonów i Zgromadzeń Zakonnych Metropolii Lwowskiej Obrządku Łacińskiego w latach 1939-1950. Sporządzony on został w oparciu o zamieszczony katalog represji, w obrębie którego wyróżniono represje o charakterze personalnym i instytucjonalnym, nie wykluczając, iż w niektórych przypadkach mogą one występować wspólnie. W postulatach badawczych autor skonstatował, iż niemożliwe jest opisanie dziejów Kościoła w oderwaniu od dziejów Polaków zamieszkujących Kresy. Pomocne w tym będą badania uwzględniające w większym stopniu wykorzystanie archiwów kościelnych – zarówno diecezjalnych – jak również należących do poszczególnych zgromadzeń męskich i żeńskich. Kluczowe znaczenie dla rozwoju badań nad historią Kresów, funkcjonowaniem Kościoła Rzymskokatolickiego i represjami, jakie go spotkały, posiadać będzie dostęp – lub jego brak – do archiwów wytworzonych przez sowieckie służby specjalne. The article presents the state of research and research postulates concerning the repression of religious orders and congregations of the Latin Rite of the Metropolis of Lviv in the years 1939-1950. It was written on the basis of a catalogue of repression which highlights personal and institutional repressions, not excluding the fact that in some cases they could appear together. In his research postulates the author notes that it is impossible to describe the history of the Church in isolation from the history of the Poles living in Borderlands. The research taking advantage, to a greater extent, of church archives - both diocesan as well as belonging to particular male and female religious orders-would be especially helpful for that purpose. Having access to archives produced by the Soviet secret service is crucial to the development of research on the history of Borderlands, the functioning of the Roman Catholic Church and repression committed against it.
