Opracowanie ma charakter koncepcyjny. Podjęty temat przeanalizowano w kontekście teorii interesariuszy. Zidentyfikowano obszary wsparcia osób z niepełnosprawnością przez organizacje, a także zwrócono uwagę na wartości dostarczane przez nie interesariuszom reprezentującym omawianą grupę społeczną. Ponadto w artykule wyszczególniono przykładowe mierniki realizacji koncepcji społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu wobec osób z dysfunkcjami. The aim of the article is to present the issue of people with disability as stakeholders of organizations. The study has a conceptual nature. The topic was analyzed in the context of the stakeholder theory. In the article the areas of support for people with disabilities by organizations were identified. Attention was also paid to the values provided by organizations to stakeholders representing the discussed social group.
