Zawiera diagnozę opracowaną w oparciu o ICD-10 oraz autorską diagnozę funkcjonalną. Na tej podstawie opracowano ogólny plan postępowania terapeutycznego z dzieckiem i z rodziną. Następnie jest opracowany plan przygotowania dziecka do przyjęcia I Komunii św. Wyznaczone są cele, zadania katechezy, treść katechezy, zakładane osiągnięcia na miarę możliwości dziecka oraz proste sekwencje katechetyczne.This article is focused on the preparation of a child with intellectual disabilities for receiving the First Holy Communion. It includes an elaborated diagnosis based on the ICD-10 and the author's functional diagnosis. Based on this, a general therapeutic management plan is developed with the child and the family. This is followed by a plan for preparing the child to receive First Holy Communion.
