We ask the question about the principles of acceptability of the location of urban bee-stubs in the urban areas and the thesis on the admissibility of such location, taking into account the criteria related not only directly to the requirements of art. 4 Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, but also criteria derived from civil law.
