The examination has been conducted from the point of view of the needs of an individual and his sense of security. A classification of particular rules has been made by means of the criteria of demands that come from the individual who wishes to feel safe under the rule of law. These conditions for security include a positive character, practicability and stability of the law.plUznanie autorstwa-Użycie niekomercyjne-Bez utworów zależnych 4.0 Międzynarodowehttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/legalcode.plbezpieczeństwo prawnepewność prawaTrybunał Konstytucyjnyreliability of a legally established ordersafety of the lawConstitutional TribunalBezpieczeństwo prawne w orzecznictwie polskiego Trybunału KonstytucyjnegoReliability of a Legally Established Order in the Judicial Decisions of the Polish Constitutional Tribunalinfo:eu-repo/semantics/article
