Podmiotowe i kontekstualne uwarunkowania satysfakcji z życia księży rzymskokatolickich na emeryturze

Abstract
W badaniach wykorzystano: Kwestionariusz Samopoczucia Księży (KSK), Kwestionariusz Aprobaty Społecznej – w wersji skróconej (KAS-S), Krótki kwestionariusz do pomiaru Wielkiej Piątki (IPIP-BFM-20), Kwestionariusz Ogólnego Stanu Zdrowia (GHQ-12), Kwestionariusz Sens w Życiu (MLQ-PL), Skalę Przebaczenia - Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), Trzywymiarową Skalę Mądrości (3D-WS), Kwestionariusz Poczucia Własnej Godności (KPWG-3), Skalę Satysfakcji z Życia (SWLS), Kwestionariusz Bilansu Życiowego (KBŻ) oraz pytania otwarte.
The study explores the relationships between subjective and contextual factors and the satisfaction of retired priests. Tornstam’s theory of gerotranscendence was adopted as the theoretical framework. To verify hypotheses, 168 retired priests were examined. Following tools were used: Questionnaire of Priests' Satisfaction (KSK), Social Approval Questionnaire - short version (KAS-S), Short questionnaire for measuring the Big Five (IPIP-BFM-20), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), Questionnaire Sense in Life (MLQ-PL), Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), Three-Dimensional Wisdom Scale (3D-WS), Questionnaire of Sense of Self-Dignity (KPWG-3), Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Life Balance Questionnaire (KBŻ) and open ended questions. The analyzes revealed certain dependencies and allowed to identify the predictors of satisfaction. The satisfaction with life, the level of life balance and satisfaction with the priesthood are explained, in various configurations, on the existential-spiritual level by: the personal meaning of the Eucharist, the presence of meaning and inner peace; at the personal level by: emotional stability, subjective health, mental health problems, cognitive dimension and dimension of loss of the sense of dignity, self-awareness dimension and the overall score of the wisdom scale; on a relational level by: positive forgiveness, the value of obedience to church superiors and the presence of close friends. Clustering procedure allowed to classify respondents due to the satisfaction profile. The description of the group contained narrative analysis of respondents' statements.
