Kultura organizacyjna szkoły jako instytucji wychowawczej - raport z badań

Abstract
Każda szkoła ma inną kulturę, na którą składają się różne elementy systemu kulturowego, takie jak zbiór wartości, tradycji, praw, obowiązków, wzorce zachowań i normy charakterystyczne dla danej instytucji. Wysoki poziom kultury organizacyjnej umożliwia realizację zajęć dydaktycznych i zadania edukacyjne. Przedstawiona w artykule wyniki są częścią przeprowadzonych szeroko zakrojonych badań dotyczących zaangażowania młodzieży w kulturę w różnych liceach województwa radomskiego w latach 2005-2008. Artykuł przedstawia wybór komentarzy uczniów pochodzących z trzech różnych środowisk, czyli z Radomia, małych miast (Lipsko, Iłża, Skaryszew) i ze wsi (Solec nad Wisłą, Sienno, Mariówka). Badanie prowadzono w 9 liceach, w którym wzięło udział 455 uczniów z 18 klas.
